APPOINTMENTS

  • To secure your appointment a $15 non refundable deposit must be made, this will be applied to your service.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hrs. prior to your appointment.

  • A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation & rescheduling less 24 hrs. to your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS/NO SHOWS

  • If you are late to your appointment by more than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You will need to rebook and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • No shows will result in a 50% of the service booked.

  • No shows for a second time will no longer be able to book an appointment.

Note: Its understandable that unforeseen things arise, please communicate to request any adjustments.

  • What are your business hours? Saturdays 9am - 5pm

  • Do you take walk-ins? Yes, however, appointments are preferred
